Challenge
The steel plant consumed a massive amount of electricity but lacked a deep performance measurement system per workshop. Furnaces and rolling mills operated suboptimally, causing billions of VND in waste every quarter.
Solution
Deployed an Industrial Sensor network (IoT) and AI Time-series models to detect abnormal consumption patterns (Anomaly Detection). The system automatically recommends maintenance schedules and tweaks machinery parameters.
Result
Cut total power consumption by 12% in the first month, reduced Carbon emissions (-12% Carbon Footprint), and met international Green production standards.
